Innataly Bridal Service & Fulfillment Policy
- Scope
This Policy governs all purchases from Innataly Bridal (“we,” “us,” “our”), including custom-made gowns (“Custom Orders”) and ready-to-ship, as-is items (“As-Is Purchases”). By placing an order or completing checkout, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to these terms.
2. Custom Orders (Consultation-Based)
2.1 Consultations & Approvals
- Complimentary consultation (virtual or in-person) to finalize design, pricing, measurements, timelines, and deposit.
- All design choices and final approvals must be confirmed in writing before production. No changes accepted after production begins.
2.2 Measurements & Sizing
- Required measurements (cm or in): bust, waist, hips, skirt length (navel to floor), sleeve length (shoulder to bent wrist), back width.
- Submission methods:
- Self-measurement with a flexible tape;
- AI-assisted virtual session; or
- In-studio fitting.

- Standard size reference: US 4 = 38″ bust. Plus sizes (14+) incur a $600 surcharge.
2.3 Production & Fulfillment
- Timelines begin upon receipt of:
- 50% non-refundable deposit;
- Written design approval; and
- Complete measurements.

- Production times:
- Bespoke Wedding Gowns: 16 weeks (4 months)
- Standard Custom Dresses: 10 weeks
- Bespoke Wedding Gowns: 16 weeks (4 months)
- Final packaging is filmed; video proof available upon request.
2.4 Pricing & Payment
- Final pricing set at consultation, reflecting fabric, embellishments, and design complexity.
- Deposit due at order placement; balance due in full before shipment.
3. As-Is Purchases (Website Checkout)
3.1 Available Items
- Bridal Veils (all with Swarovski crystals)
- Short Veil: flat-rate price
- Long Veil: premium flat rate
- Short Veil: flat-rate price
- Sample-Sale Garments: individually marked
3.2 Purchase & Fulfillment
- Add to cart and checkout with full payment.
- Veils ship within 8 weeks; sample-sale items ship as marked.
- No consultation or measurements required—items ship in standard sizing (see sizing chart).
3.3 Sizing & Surcharges
- Ready-to-ship dresses (if any) use our standard size chart (US 4 = 38″ bust).
- Plus sizes (14+) on any As-Is garments incur a $600 surcharge at checkout when applicable.
4. Shipping, Damage & Packaging
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
- Every item is filmed during final packaging; video evidence is available upon request.
- In the event of transit damage, you must file a damage claim with the shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) and provide us with proof of that filed claim. Once a valid claim has been submitted, we will cover return shipping and will repair or replace the item at no extra cost.
5. Returns, Store Credit & Cancellations
5.1 Returns & Store Credit
- All sales are final; no refunds.
- Unworn, undamaged items returned in original packaging within 14 days qualify for store credit equal to purchase price, valid one year.
5.2 Cancellations
- Custom Orders: Cancellation within 48 hours of order placement incurs a $150 administrative fee; thereafter, cancellations are at our discretion and may forfeit the full deposit.
- As-Is Purchases: Orders may be canceled before shipment for a $50 administrative fee. Once shipped, returns follow Section 5.1.
6. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after posting changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
By placing a Custom Order or completing checkout for an As-Is Purchase, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Innataly Bridal Service & Fulfillment Policy.
